My User Profile
As a VSPS user, you may need to view and update your current contact information, email address, mailing address or telephone information.
NOTES:
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Phone numbers: VSPS defaults to the U.S. country code of (1). If you are entering:
a U.S. number, follow the country code of (1) with 10 digits.
a non-U.S. number, be sure to include the correct country code.
On the VSPS Home page, log into VSPS.
From the left menu, select Personal Profile.
In the Personal Profile Module, click My User Profile.
On the My User Profile page, Contact Information fields are displayed.
Email Address * - An email address that can be used to contact you; VSPS messages are sent to this address.
In the Name Information block, edit the following fields as needed:
Prefix - A prefix (Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.) that you use, if any.
First Name * - Your first name.
Middle Name - Your middle name.
Last Name * - Your last name.
Suffix - A suffix (PhD., Esq., etc.) that you use, if any.
Nickname - An alternate first or last name that you prefer to use.
Maiden Name - Your maiden (birth) name.
Professional Title - Your professional title (Surgeon, Veterinary Technician, Researcher, etc.).
In the Address Information block, edit the following fields as needed.
Address 1 * - Physical street location of your residence or business.
Address 2 - Additional address information (Bldg #, Apt #).
City * - City in which you live or work.
State * - State in which you live or work.
Postal Code * - Zip code for this address.
Country * - Country in which you live or work. Note: United States is the default value.
In the Telephone Number(s) block, edit the following fields as needed. A Country Code and Number must be entered for each number. The Ext. (Extension) information is optional.
Fax - Number for a fax machine at your location.
Mobile - Number for your cell phone, pager, Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc.
Phone * - Primary contact number that can be used to reach you.
TDD - Number for a telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD) at your location.
Toll Free - Toll free number that can be used to reach you.
Click the Submit button. These messages appear: User profile has been updated. You have updated the contact information.
