Labs Module

As a Veterinarian or Veterinarian Assistant you will need to create a test record on all animals before they can be entered onto a CVI.  This module is designed to be inclusive of all species and be a maintainable database of information for an individual or a practice.

As a Lab Technician or Administrator you will need to add the test results to the on-line Test Record.  This module is designed to be inclusive of all species for all reporting purposes.

• Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

To navigate the labs module:

1. On the VSPS Home page, log on to VSPS.

2. From the left menu, select Labs.  The Labs Module displays.

3. Click one of the following:

4. Add Test Record - Enter this page to create a new Test Record.   

5. Find Test Records - Provides search fields to find a particular Test Record.  The results of a search will display Veterinarian's Test Charts that are listed in three categories:  Unsubmitted Test Records, Submitted Test Records and Completed Test Records.
