Find CVI
The Find CVI search screen lets you find a retrospective Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) currently stored in VSPS. (A retrospective CVI was initially issued on a paper form. The data on this paper form was then transcribed onto an electronic form and stored in VSPS.) After finding an electronic retrospective CVI, you can then view, edit, or duplicate it (the first step in reusing common information to create a new CVI).
To find a retrospective CVI, enter one or more search values in any of the sections on this screen. All search values are optional, with one exception - if your VSPS user role has state-level (not national-level) permissions, you must enter the name of your own State into either the Origin State data field or Destination State data field.
INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THIS SCREEN: In addition to this help topic that you are reading now, VSPS-Interstate provides other user documents. A link to these documents is available on the VSPS Home > Interstate screen.
