Business Profile Module

The Business Profile Module contains other modules related directly to your practice.  From this module you access all of your animal records (animal address book); your personal, other practices and system address books; and, your practice where you can create a practice and add members and assistants.

To navigate the business profile module:

1. On the VSPS Home page, log on to VSPS.

2. Click Business Profile from the left menu.  The Business Profile Module page displays.

3. Select one of the following:

4. Animals - Enter and maintain a list of all the animals you provide medical services or movement documentation.  VSPS will store their medical treatments, owners, physical location and vaccination records.  

NOTE:  If you intend to use an animal, or group/lot of animals, one time (i.e. you are preparing paperwork for destination of feed lot/abattoir or out of the area) you may not want to retain the animal information.  For single-time use the create-on-the-fly feature in the Interstate, Labs and Import Modules will create an animal without saving it to your animal address book.

• Address Book - Enter and maintain a list of all the animals owners, location of the animals, contact people and phone numbers.

• Practices - Enter and maintain a list of the practices you have or belong and add additional Veterinarians and/or Veterinarian Assistants to the practices.
